Grateful……Discouraged

Being able to attend church is always a blessing for which I am extremely grateful.  Today was such a Sunday.  Thank you Lord for allowing me to attend.

After a couple of months of not being able to sing a special I did so this morning.  I was excited and looking forward to it but I am so unhappy at how it turned out.  Wasn’t my best, wasn’t even mediocre. I feel like my voice is deteriorating faster and faster so  my desire is to be able to sing more often while I have some voice left but the opportunities are just not there.  Feeling discouraged about my breathing, how it affects my voice and the lack of places to sing before I lose the ability to sing at all.

Maybe I’m just being selfish…. S I G H….going to take a nap.
