My Glass Overflows

Some say their glass is half empty

While some, half full, is their call

Me I find it quite amazing

To have a glass at all

Half empty seems so very sad

Half full too hard to preserve

what I see in my simple glass

is much more than I deserve

The glass that comes before my mind

when people, their comments, I face

is a priceless glass filled by my Lord

ever flowing with his sweet grace

So I will always say my glass

is not just  half of either   

but one that’s ever overflowing

with blessings from my Saviour
