Part of pattern missing

I don’t know where or who I bought this doll pattern from. It was years ago before computers so it was probably from a magazine or catalog but the pattern is not complete. There’s at least one page of pattern pieces missing which includes the pieces for the ears and the shoes. Since I’ve made so many dolls over the years I can just wing it but it is a little frustrating because this is a new uncut pattern I’ve never used.
