April 18, 2014 evening

I’ve been keeping bizzy…………..doing all the normal things that have to be done to live plus, of course, sewing and quilting.  Today I started and finished a special order. A small tote bag, book/bible cover and money holder with Winnie the Pooh fabric.  It turned out cute. I also decided to put to use some of my scraps and make a little tote bag.  I really like using scraps to make something so they are not wasted. 

I don’t know if it’s normal but I very seldom sew cloths for myself anymore.  I just don’t have the time.  Everything I have is wearing out so I either have to buy some or make some. Since I have fabric and I don’t have money I will be making some.  Today I washed some of the fabric that I’ll be using and got it all ready to cut. Now I just have to find the time.  That’s the tricky part.

Well it’s time to settle down and read a little.  I have a class tomorrow and want to be up early.
