Class Project

Here are 2 pictures of the sample I just completed for the next project we will be working on in the Sewing Class at the Neighborhood Recreation Center. It is an adorable owl that holds many of your sewing tools and is also a pin cushion. I got the pattern FREE from Craftsy.com. The name of the pattern is The “Owl You Need Sewing Buddy”. It is in the Pattern Store under the name of the pattern or the name of the designer which is “ShanniLoves” . It could easily be used as a childs toy also. Very cute!

This one will be on display in the front  entry area at the Neighborhood Recreation Center so now I’m off to my sewing room to make another one as a sample for my students at the Walnut Recreation Center.   I think I’ll made the second one a girly girl owl.  I’ll post a picture as soon as I’m finished.
