Resigned

Today I saw another post on facebook where a “friend” of mine posted the link to a website that sells the same type of things I make to sell. They asked that their friends support that site. It’s happened before and it always hurts a bit but it’s a reality I have to face. Honestly what I want to do is just quit all of this and give up.

I wish I had enough income to sew, quilt and crochet for enjoyment and for donations. I would like to donate more to those that are really in need, to those that would appreciate them. I would like to be able to gift things to friends and family for no reason other than I want them to have them. But I need the extra income even if sales are few and far between. I am resigned though to accept that after all these years of beating my head against a wall nothing is going to change. It is what it is. I will simply post my “For Sale” items here(see link below) and if something sells great, if nothing sells oh well.

I am extremely grateful for all I have

it’s just that today……..right now
I’m simply too tired to care.

The changes and decisions I’ve made will stay

but tomorrow will be better.
