Scrappy Top Finished

I finished one of the scrappy lap quilts. It’s all ready to be sandwiched and quilted.  I’m not sure what backing color I’ll use. I have to go through the fabric I have. I’m hoping I have some red. I think that would look nice.

Now I’ll focus on the getting these other blocks together. I’m still not sure if I’ll put sashing between the blocks.  I will have to get a few assembled and see. I should be able to get this second one done by the end of next week. I’m so impatient. I want to get started on the FMQ. 

I also finished Number 16 Shoo Fly scrappy block.  Once all these get finished I’ll have another quilt top to assemble.  Exciting!!!!
