6/30/14 afternoon

I don’t know what the weather is like where you are but here in Las Vegas it’s HOTand miserable. I’m so grateful for air conditioning.

Today I had 2 classes, both beginning sewing.  My morning class started on their own quilted fabric boxes. I made this one last night to be used as a sample in class today.  The  boxes can be used to hold just about anything but I decided to put  sewing things mine.

It’s a fun, easy  project that goes together in no time at all.

My second class worked on place mats and a matching table runner.  I forgot my camera last week so they were kind enough to bring back their finished aprons so I could get a picture.

NICE job ladies!

My sister wanted another apron so I whipped this up over the weekend.

I  hope she likes it.

Well, that’s all for today everyone. This heat has wiped me out plus I still have a lot more that I want and need to do tonight .
