Hello everyone,

I didn’t post yesterday (Thursday) so I thought I’d post these few pictures  before I go to bed.

I made 3 more purses.

I think this one looks like a dress with a pleated skirt.  🙁   It’s my  least favorite. But it does have lots of room inside.  Maybe someone will like it.  ???

dress purse

These other 2 are jean purses.  One is already “mine”.  It’s the perfect size and I like it much better than the first one I made so I transferred all my “stuff” into it already.  I put many pockets in it and made special places for  my pens, inhaler, phone, etc.  I am very happy with it.

This is the front.my jean purse backHere you can see one of the sides with a little pencil/pen pocket.  my jean purse side And here is the back. It has 2 pockets, one  is just a pocket off the jeans. I used snaps as closures on all the pockets and to keep the top of the purse together.  I moved a few of the belt loops from the jeans to the purse for added interest and to hook things on (keys, pens, etc).  I also added machine embroidered designs on the purse and the handle.  It’s pretty simple but it is perfect for everyday use for me.  🙂my purse back Here is the other one I finished. I like it also. It has pockets on the inside also. I only have one view of the  inside photographed but there are pockets on both sides.heart purse inside Here is a picture of the closure I used.  There is a large pocket on the outside and the flap comes over the top and slips under the strap an sits on top of the pocket.   heart purse flap side closed Here is a picture with the flap up so the strap and the pocket can be seen.  It’s difficult to see  because I used a blue variegated thread (bad choice) but there are little hearts machine embroidered across the strap between the 2 heart buttons.heart purse flap open This picture shows the  other side of the purse.  This side also has a large pocket on it.  I  machine embroidered two rows of hearts with red thread and filled them it with permanent fabric ink so they would show up better than the ones on the strap shown above.  The Bizzy Handz name is embroidered on a separate piece of  fabric and hand sewn on so if someone purchases this and doesn’t want it on there it will be easy to remove. heart purse bh side Of course there are lots of pockets on the inside of this one also.

I didn’t use a pattern for any of them.  I doodle a simple sketch  and start cutting.   I did put the “Bizzy Handz” name on the last two jean purses I made and I may start doing that on all things that I create without using a pattern.  Hmmmmm not sure-I’ll have to think about that more.

Okay…………It’s late and I’m tired.

Nite nite……….

 Sleep tight…….

and sweet dreams!time for bed
