Better, much better!

After cleaning up a bit and taking a break I went back to working on a simple baby quilt.   I had the fabric waiting but after the other two I was almost afraid to get started.  I’m so glad I did. I was able to get it cut and the top complete with NO ISSUES. Everything went together quickly and  all the seams matched–YIPPEE!  Tomorrow I plan on  sandwiching it and getting it quilted.

Now though, I need to make myself step away from  the sewing for the evening.  I really have trouble doing that. I struggle with taking time away from working because it’s right there in the next room.  That’s probably the same with everyone that works from home.

For now I am going to force myself to stay away from the sewing and do something else. I have music to play, poems to write, reading to enjoy and prayer.
