Sheep Quilt completed

It’s been a long, “bizzy” and productive day. After ukulele class, after class 2 of the Beginners Sewing I was able to complete the little sheep baby quilt. I think it turned out rather cute.

The sheep are appliqued, the color on the grass and butterfly was added using crayons,the black outlines on the butterfly and the green grass blades are all hand embroidered. The back of the quilt is solid blue. It is machine quilted simply by stitching in the ditch.
