Another BIZZY Saturday

Good morning everyone.  Happy Saturday!!

I hope you had a restful night.

Yesterday I worked all day cleaning, organizing and sorting my mountain stash of scraps. It is amazing how much time that takes but it will make sewing my scrappy quilts much easier and faster in the long run.  Also, I don’t know about you but I am much more productive if my work area is clean and organized.

Today I have multiple projects I plan to work on. My Shoo Fly Scrappy Block of the day of course and I want to start putting my finished string quilt blocks together.

I already have plans for another scrappy block and have foundation squares cut out.  I am  trying to get all my scraps under control by putting them to good use.

It seems every Saturday I find myself thinking how much fun it would be if we had a large place to meet together and sew-sew-sew!  Someday maybe………

for now though it’s time for me to get BIZZY so off to my “clean” sewing room.
