One “corrected” -one more finished-one for tomorrow

I was not happy with the face on one of the little dolls I finished recently so I redid it. Now I’m much more satisfied with it.

New Face…..this face is so much cuter and looks happier.

I finished this one today. 

She is wearing a little short set with a matching hair scrunchie. Shes got on red and white tennis shoes with flowers to match for a pop of color. Now all she needs is her ukulele and she’ll be all set! 

I’ll be working on this one tomorrow. She needs to be stuffed which will smooth out her face.  Then I’ll make the clothes …. shoes…. and do the extra detail work.  

Since these dolls have been ordered by and for grownup uke players I’m having someone cut the ukuleles  out of thin wood.  I’ll stain them, paint on some of the details and try to add nylon line for the strings.
